Program for Beginners is suitable for Beginner, Intermediate levels

Both Online and Offline SessionsThis course is held online in, India, via Zoom / Google meet application which you can participate in by just using your phone or computer. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your favorite yoga mats and props (if recommended) !Tools required

  • Yoga mats, Neti Pot, Water vessel

Time Zone of the Organizer : Indian Standard Time (GMT +05:30 hours)

Timing:

  • From 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM  – Monday to Friday
  • From 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM  – Monday to Friday
  • From 6:00 AM  – Every Saturday

Program starts with

  • Prayer (Omkar Chanting)
  • Pranayama
  • Stretching (Sukshma vyayama)
  • Surya namaskar
  • Various Asanas as per the program

Yoga Styles

  • Ashtanga
  • Vinyasa
  • Hatha
  • Power

Program ends with some relaxation asanas and followed by prayers.

On Saturdays, there is only online session as the participants need to perform cleansing kriyas.
