Prayer (Omkar Chanting)
Pranayama
Stretching (Sukshma vyayama)
Surya namaskar
Various Asanas as per the program
Yoga Styles
Ashtanga
Vinyasa
Hatha
Power
Program ends with some relaxation asanas and followed by prayers.
On Saturdays, there is only online session as the participants need to perform cleansing kriyas.
